胡海燕
胡海燕，女，1967年2月出生，副研究员。1990年毕业于北京计算机学院计算机科学系，获学士学位。1990年8月于中国农业科学院计算中心参加工作，现就职于中国农业科学院农业信息研究所农业信息技术重点实验室。
长期从事农业信息技术研究及技术应用领域研究。主持和参加了国家863、科技支撑、948及财政部财政专项等多项科研项目的研究工作。曾获科技成果奖励多项，其中，北京市科技奖三等奖2项、神农中华农业科技三等奖1项、中国电子学会电子信息科学技术三等奖1项。获得发明专利、软件著作权登记多项。公开发表论文4篇。
