，男，1981年1月出生，博士学位,副研究员，硕士生导师。2003年7月毕业于中国科学技术大学应用物理学专业，获理学学士；2007年7月毕业于中国农业科学院管理科学与工程专业，获管理学硕士；2012年7月毕业于中国农业科学院作物信息科学专业，获农学博士。2012年7月参加工作，现任中国农业科学院农业信息研究所主任。
长期从事农业信息技术领域科研工作，主要研究方向包括农产品质量安全控制技术、作物模拟模型技术和农业GIS应用等领域。是国家现代蜂产业技术体系岗位科学家、农业信息研究所首届杰出青年，先后主持、参与和完成国家科技支撑计划、国家“863”计划、农业部重点项目、国家自然科学基金课题等类型的科研课题10余项。北京市科学技术奖二等奖1项（排名第3）。发表研究论文23篇，其中SCI、EI论文9篇；以第一或通讯作者发表论文8篇，其中SCI 论文2篇（累计IF="5.19）、EI论文" 2篇；出版专著1部。
