陈 威
陈威，男，1981年10月出生，计算机科学博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。2004年7月毕业于北京理工大学计算机科学与技术专业，获学士学位；2006年7月毕业于北京理工大学软件工程专业，获硕士学位；2009年8月毕业于香港城市大学计算机科学专业，获博士学位。2009年12月参加工作，现任中国农业科学院农业信息研究所副研究员。
长期从事农业信息技术、农业监测预警研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项，国家重点研发计划项目子课题1项，中国农业科学院农业信息研究所公益性科研院所基本科研业务费专项资金项目1项，农业部专项子课题5项。获中华农业科技奖一等奖、神农中华农业科技奖优秀创新团队奖、山东省科学技术奖三等奖、北京市科学技术奖三等奖、中国农业科学院科学技术成果奖一等奖。在学术期刊及会议上发表学术论文47篇。获得发明和实用新型专利授权21项。
