张丽萍
张丽萍，女，1975年1月，北京林业大学农学博士，高级工程师。现任职于。
长期从事网络信息化相关方面的研究，多次参与农科院及农业农村部网站及网络相关制度的编制工作，共计主持和参与课题7项。
代表性成果：
1.作为第一完成人编写《中国农业信息安全管理体系》，该体系共包括信息安全方针策略、文档管理、项目管理等23项相关制度。
2.参与农业农村部政务信息资源整合共享专项工作，参与制定《农业农村部政务资源共享整合目录》和数据资源梳理2000余条。
3.参与农业农村部《农业部机关及直属事业单位网站建设情况调查表统计报告》编写。
4.参与农科院《中国农业科学院信息化建设发展规划（2014-2025）》编写。
5.参与农科院43个研究所的“网站建设、网络安全评估” 标准制定。
