2014 COMPETITION SEASON UPDATE
At the 2013 National Conference held in Denver this past August, the decision to make 2014 a down year for competition was announced. This decision was based on numerous factors that effect the competition at the national level including funding and the number of cadets the program is able to reach. Many cadets participate in cadet competitions locally and at wing and this will effect those participants for next year. Cadet Competition at the national level is expected to be returned to the National Cadet Activites lineup with a refreshed program.
To provide an opportunity for Florida Wing teams to continue their tradition of competition, Florida Wing Cadet Programs will continue its competition this year and the winner will continue to the Southeast Region Competition.
